In case you missed it, yesterday's Morning Edition on NPR included a report from Michael Montgomery of KQED and the Center for Investigative Reporting, who sat down and spoke with a few inmates who'd recently been released from Pelican Bay's Security Housing Unit back into a general prison population. A hunger strike
protesting the terms and conditions of long-term solitary confinement is now in its third week.
