My wife and I, both seniors, enjoy eating at the Village Pantry, Valley West, Arcata.  ("Cheap Eats," July 26.) They offer a nice selection on the senior menu which includes soup or salad, a nice meat entree accompanied with a starch choice and prepared vegetables, all for under $20. When we don't feel like cooking, this is where we usually end up. We'll be anxious to try some of your discoveries. Nice article.
