There was one glaring error in the article on Brian Willson ("Still Protesting," July 14) that I'm surprised no one commented on. At the time there was a video on TV of the incident. The train was stationary with Wilson sitting on the tracks a few yards in front. I guess the engineer decided to scare the guy out of the way, so he started to move forward. When Willson realized what was happening he started to get up but was too late, and was run over. (The TV didn't show that part.) Personally, I believe if he'd just rolled off the tracks instead of trying to get up, he would have been OK.

At one point, I heard the engineer was suing Willson for mental trauma.
