I'd planned catching Orr Marshall's show at the Sewell, but I missed his opening. Instead I had a long talk with the Korean photographer Young Suh about his show Forest Invisible, a brilliant look at forest fires and forest fighters at the First Street Gallery. (They don't allow photography so I asked him to step outside.) He'll be giving an artist talk Friday, Oct.11 at 4:30 p.m. in Humboldt State's Great Hall, the new space above College Creek Marketplace.
