There's a last minute switch in the Blues by the Bay line-up for Saturday: Harmonica virtuoso Norton Buffalo , who was scheduled to play just before his friend and music collaborator Roy Rogers, has cancelled due to serious illness. A post on Norton's Facebook page notes that he's been in the hospital all week with pneumonia.

In his place festival organizers dropped in blues-belter Kaye Bohler , who was already coming to town for a Saturday night gig at Blue Lake Casino. Kaye wowed the crowd at last year's Blues by the Bay. For a small sample of that performance check this video about a minute in:
