The county of Humboldt announced today that COVID-19 testing will be available in Willow Creek for the next three Thursdays starting June 11 as well as Eureka.

The Willow Creek testing site is located at the Big Rock Day Use Area on Thursdays. Tests can also be scheduled by calling 530-623-8235. Testing in Eureka continues on weekdays at Redwood Acres. Appointments there can also be made by calling 888-634-1123.
“We are thrilled to offer testing to residents of Eastern Humboldt who can’t easily travel to Eureka to get a test,” Humboldt County Health Officer Dr. Teresa Frankovich said. “We want to make sure this resource is available to as many people in our county as possible. I encourage everyone to get tested. It is an important part of monitoring for COVID-19 in our community.”
