The Hoopa Valley Tribal Office of Emergency Services COVID-19 Incident Management Team reported four new COVID-19 cases at the K'ima:w Medical Center today, the first in more than a week, bringing the total to 50.
Today's report states there are five "active" case and 45 are considered "recovered."
A message from Hoopa Health Office Eva Smith states results from about 100 tests done from the mass testing remain outstanding and she urged residents to continue COVID-19 precautions, including hand washing, mask wearing and social distancing.
