Humboldt County’s Air quality Has Been Up and Down. Here’s Where to Find the Clearest Information, T-S reports
The Times-Standard is reporting where Humboldt County residents can find the most reliable air quality index.
In the report, Brian Wilson, a local air pollution control officer who works at North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District says that some air quality outlook websites use different formulas to assess the air quality.
Wilson says that people should use the federal government websites to look up the air quality like the Environmental Protection Agency's website or AirNow's website.
