Humboldt County Public Health reported today that the county has confirmed another COVID-19 death since its last report July 21.

One new hospitalization was also reported  and, according to a state database, 19 people are currently hospitalized with the virus locally, including four under intensive care. The death reported today is Humboldt County's 152nd since the pandemic began.
