Mohrmann will be on hand to sign copies of his new book, Xocomil: The Winds of Atitlan, a novel informed by his many travels through Guatemala,beginning in the 1970's. Four diverse characters cope with questions brought about by the turbulent times between 1960 and the mid-90's, and the reader travels with them from war-torn Guatemala, to Northern California, from Kansas to Vietnam, to the Bay area, and to Southern Mexico, as a story of intrigues, metaphysical questions, and ultimately hope, unfolds.
