Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Book Signing

When: Sun., Dec. 12, 4-7 p.m. 2021

As part of the “Holidays in Trinidad” event sponsored by the Trinidad Chamber of Commerce, the Trinidad Art Gallery invites the public to a book-signing of a new children’s book, Louie Learns a Lesson, written and illustrated by art gallery member Maureen McGarry. The newly self-published book features numerous watercolor paintings by the artist and author, as well as a story about the successful return of the Aleutian Cackling Geese who reside in our region every winter. McGarry will be available to sign books inside the gallery (masks required) while art gallery members will serve hot cider and mulled wine in the front yard of the gallery. Cookies will also be provided. For more information, go to trinidadartgallery.com.
