The Humboldt County Democratic Central Committee (HCDCC) subcommittee, Communication and Education Committee (CEC), will have a session and discussion on “Theory of Change” to promote and plan for social change. The CEC will also be working on a Resolution supporting SB 149 – the Presidential Tax Transparency and Accountability Act. The meeting will be held Wednesday, March 29th at 5:30pm at HCDCC Headquarters located at 129 5th St. in Eureka, California. All Democrats are welcomed to participate.
