We are excited to announce the inaugural Humboldt County Fungi Fest, taking place at Culture Shrooms, Arcata’s newest destination for all things mushroom-related. The Humboldt Fungi Fest will feature a variety of engaging activities and local mycological societies presentations, attendees can participate in interactive identification tables and workshops led by local knowledgeable experts. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to learn about foraging and identifying different mushroom species, along with practical cooking techniques to incorporate mushrooms into everyday meals. The festival will also showcase an array of mushroom-based food and drinks prepared by local artisans and restaurants.
