Ink People Grant Writing Workshop Series

When: Fri., Feb. 4, 3-4:30 p.m. 2022

The Ink People Center for the Arts announces a workshop series to support artists and Ink People DreamMakers in applying for the California Arts Council’s Spring grant cycle. During the month of February, Ink People will offer classes and consultation time with staff in order to support those who want to apply for available grants. Ink People staff will go over the requirements for each grant currently available, share application strategies, support the development of proposal concepts, and meet with participants individually to review their applications. Fri. Feb. 4, 3-4:30 pm Initial meeting to discuss grants available and requirements for each. ● Fri. Feb. 11, 3-5 pm Participants will share their concepts, get feedback, and develop next steps. ● Fri. Feb. 18 and Fri. Feb 25 Participants will schedule one-on-one meetings with Ink People staff to receive individualized support with their proposals. ● Fri. March 4, 3-4:30 pm Participants will meet to share a synopsis of their final proposals. Via Zoom. Preregister by emailing Ink People Administrative Director Monica Topping at [email protected].
