Yoga Nidra - or yogic sleep - is a profoundly powerful meditative experience. This 60-minute practice, led by Rebecca Band, gently guides your awareness inward to enter a deep state of conscious relaxation. All are welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. Dress comfy and bring anything that will allow you to feel super cozy. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are also available at the studio, and warm tea will be served. Second Sundays each month, 6-7 pm. $10-20 sliding scale, 8 spots per class, pre-registration required.
