The Whole Cow: A Summer Celebration of Local Food and Land
When: Sat., June 24, 4-10 p.m. 2017
Siskiyou Land Trust and Scott River Ranch are offering an evening of ranch tours, a delicious locally-sourced dinner and live music as a benefit for Siskiyou Land Trust. Scott River Ranch is providing a dry aged, organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef to be slow-roasted over an open fire by chef Carlo Lamagna of Portland’s Clyde Common, accompanied by seasonal dishes with ingredients provided by local farms. The evening will include live music, regional wines and beers, star gazing, ranch tours. Sunday am will have additional activities.
