We’ll cover other topics such as what a balanced Whole Food, Plant Based meal looks like and vitamins/minerals. JUNE 20 KITCHEN BASICS Part of a successful plant based lifestyle is your environment. In this workshop we will cover tools in the kitchen, pantry staples and understanding food labels. JUNE 27 MEAL PLANNING Walk away with a weekly Whole Food, Plant Based meal plan that fits in with your lifestyle.
