"Insufficient sleep has been called the number one killer in the western world," said Duff. Sleep experts estimate that nearly 75 percent of adults experience sleep-disorder symptoms at least a few nights per week. Participants will get practical tips for getting a good night's rest, explore the cost of insufficient sleep, consider benefits of a good night sleep, and discover the truth about common myths about sleep. Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available.
