This exhilarating musical journey focuses on the African guitar and vocal tradition. The Acoustic Africa tour includes Habib Koité, the Malian superstar whose exciting concerts have endeared him to audiences worldwide. He pairs up with South Africa’s Vusi Mahlasela, who is simply known as “The Voice” in his country—a tribute to his phenomenal gift. Accompanied by their high-energy backing band, these leading lights of African music reflect the diverse musical traditions of their homelands.
