Special for graduation week: Arcata Main Street will be providing free horse-drawn carriage rides around the plaza during Arts! Arcata. Watch for appearances by Samba Alegra, the Bayside Ballet, Rueben T. Mayes painting on the Plaza, and... rumors of a flash mob!
