Meet leader Drew Meyer at the end of South I Street (Klopp Lake) in Arcata. The month of March will bring in some early terrestrial migrants, like warblers, flycatchers, and vireos, while still hosting an abundance of wintering shorebirds and ducks, so it can be one of the busier birding months of the year! Keep an eye out for early nesting activity from resident breeders as well, such as mallards, hummingbirds and ravens. Let us know you plan to attend by text/messaging Ralph Bucher.
