From their press release: The Eureka Mindfulness group offers mindfulness (insight or “vipassana”) meditation and discussion, led by Dr. Cindee Grace, retired naturopath. Participants will learn ways to better understand and assist one’s body-mind. The meetings are wheelchair-accessible (under 27 inches wide), smoke-free, and fragrance-free. No perfume or hairspray is allowed.
