Bioblitz at Baker Beach

When: Sun., June 25, 6:45-9 a.m. 2017

Join the Trinidad Coastal Land Trust, Friends of the Dunes, Northcoast Environmental Center, and Humboldt Marine Protected Area Collaborative in a smartphone-powered BioBlitz of the California coast. Participants will collect data on local species of plants and animals using the iNatualist app as part of the Snapshot Cal Coast Project, an annual statewide effort to document our coastal biodiversity around marine protected areas (MPAs). People of all ages and skill levels are welcome! Meet at at 6:45 a.m. to carpool to the Baker Beach trail head.
