Book Sharing of The Good Hike and Short Film: Naneek

Author and veteran Tim Keenan will share from his book The Good Hike, about his journey hiking the complete Appalachian Trail that helped him confront his combat-related PTSD issues while experiencing the beauty of the wilderness. A short documentary film will also be shown. Doors at 12:30 pm. Refreshments.
