Camp Cooper
When: Starts June 20. Mondays-Fridays. Continues through Aug. 11
Ages 5-12. Camp Cooper is an outdoor environmental education day camp funded by the California State Parks Habitat Conservation Grant Program. This funding gives the City of Eureka the opportunity to offer a high-quality recreational day camp with an emphasis on environmental education to families free of charge. With limited spaces available, interested families must complete an application process. Families can qualify by one of three ways: receipt of public assistance, income eligibility, and special hardship circumstances.
