The Cannabis Studies Speaker Series opens with a webinar presentation by Laura Herrera on the Administration of Cannabis Social Equity Programs in California. She has been working in the cannabis space since the fall harvest season of 2009 and is a public interest researcher studying the administration of community reinvestment funds and reparations through cannabis social equity programs. She provides technical assistance, business coaching and grant/loan underwriting services for Cannabis Social Equity programs in Oakland, Los Angeles, Long Beach and Sacramento.
