Public Town Hall with the intention to inform the community about SB823 which is closing the CA state youth prisons (DJJ) and how that has impacted the narrative and expectations within the larger juvenile justice system. Envisioning de-carceration and Transformative Justice alternatives is a movement that requires many communities to be engaged.
