Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

"Come and See: a Service of the Light"

When: Sun., Oct. 4, 4 p.m. 2015

This service is an invitation to families, parishioners and newcomers who cannot fit early Sunday services into their busy schedules. This inaugural service is dedicated to the memory of Peter Hannaford who worked tirelessly to re-establish family worship into our community. This unique worship service held at sunset is approximately one hour long and will be followed by a social time with cider, cookies and the opportunity to discuss the meaning of the sermon with the presiding priest, Rev. Dr. Susan Armstrong. This is the first service in a series being held on the first Sunday of each month in the Chapel of our Merciful Savior located on 15th and G Streets in Eureka. These services of prayers and hymns offer an opportunity to all to bring back church attendance into their lives.
