Cooper Gulch Clean-up

When: Sat., May 11, 9 a.m. 2013

Join the Watershed Stewards Project and the City of Eureka to clean up Cooper Gulch Park during the 7th annual May Day Cleanup on Saturday May 11th at 9am. This stream restoration project will remove invasive plants, enhance an existing trail, and stabilize an eroding bank by planting willow sprigs. Volunteers will meet at the Cooper Gulch parking lot at 9 a.m. and should wear closed toed shoes and bring drinking water. Snacks and coffee will be provided, as well as a volunteer appreciation barbecue with a drawing and live music beginning at 3 p.m. at the C Street Plaza!
