An article headlined "Away from the Rain" in the Oct. 26, 2017, edition of the North Coast Journal inaccurately paraphrased Peg Anderson, who has worked with the Southern Humboldt Emergency Shelter Group on efforts to start up an emergency weather shelter for homeless people this winter. Anderson said potential shelter volunteers should be prepared to deal with a variety of personalities. The Journal regrets the error.
