The Arcata Zen Group invites the public to a Dharma Talk entitled "Zazen Includes Everything" offered by visiting Soto Zen Priest Alan Senauke at the Trillium Dance Studio, 8955 8th St. in Arcata, on Sunday, July 31 at 9:20 a.m. (next to the Post office).
