Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

DJ Dance Party w/The Chulita Vinyl Club & DJ Red

When: Thu., Sept. 28, 9 p.m. 2017

Chulita Vinyl Club was launched in 2014 as an all-girl, all-vinyl club for self-identifying womxn of color in the context of providing a space for empowerment and togetherness. The group says that “we stand united as a female DJ collective spanning seven national chapters bringing together a community of vinyl-loving girls.” There is no music genre policy in the collective as anything goes. You’re just as likely to heat sixties girl-groups, punk, new wave, Chicano oldies, or dancehall reggae on any given night.

Price: Free, HSU Students only. Entry with valid, current student ID at the door.
