Chalk one up for tradition! This Saturday, Oct. 6 marks the 25th anniversary of Pastels on the Plaza. Since 1987, artists of all levels have been gathering on behalf of local business sponsors to illustrate sections of Arcata Plaza pavement to raise funds for Northcoast Children's Services.
