Earth Day Stewardship Celebration

When: Sat., April 23, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 2022

Celebrate Earth Day by helping to steward local public lands on Saturday, April 23 from 10a.m. to 1p.m. in Shelter Cove. Join Friends of the Lost Coast and BLM King Range for fun, the satisfaction of service work and free lunch for volunteers. Service projects take place at Mal Coombs Park, Abalone Point and Black Sands Beach and include weeding of native plant gardens, removal of invasive species, spreading native seeds and more. Meet 10a.m. at Mal Coombs Park to sign in and break into teams. Lunch and Earth Day merriment will conclude the day. For more info email [email protected].
