Freshwater Farms Summer Celebration with Huckleberry Flint

– The Northcoast Regional Land Trust (NRLT) is hosting its fifth annual Summer Celebration benefit concert on Saturday, August 5th . Taking place at NRLT’s demonstration property, Freshwater Farms Reserve (5851 Myrtle Ave), the event features popular local band Huckleberry Flint with opener Elderberry Rust String Band. This year, the event will include a raffle drawing for a $500 gift card to the North Coast Co-op. Raffle tickets will be available for $10 each at the Summer Celebration, or pre-purchase at our office, 901 Samoa Blvd., Arcata during business hours. Participants do not need to be present to win. Family friendly activities will be provided by Kids in the Hive and NRLT volunteers. Food and drink will be available for purchase from Humboldt County Cattlewomen, Los Giles, Los Bagels, Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate, Fieldbrook Winery, and Mad River Brewing. Tickets are on sale now at givebutter.com/HuckFlint2023: $25 for adults, kids under 10 are free but must be registered. $30 at the door. Doors open at 4pm, music starts at 5pm. This is an outdoor concert with lawn seating (bring blankets or low chairs). Parking is extremely limited, please carpool. No pets, please.
