Gun Control Discussed at Lifetree Café

When: Sun., Dec. 31, 7 p.m. 2017

The program—titled “Inside the Gun Debate: To Hunt? To Defend? To Assault?”—features filmed interviews with Tom Mauser, whose son died at Columbine High School, and Michael Lang, a concealed weapon firearms instructor.   Lifetree representative Craig Cable said participants will have an opportunity to hear various viewpoints and to offer their own. “This is a community forum that invites open discussion,” Cable said. This Lifetree program is being offered as a means to inform citizens and find answers to questions surrounding gun issues, Cable added. Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at Campbell Creek Connexion on the corner of Union and 13 th St., Arcata.
