Halloween Costume Parade

When: Sat., Oct. 29, 11 a.m. 2016

Children are invited to visit for a safe and entertaining trick-or-treating experience. This free community event is open to all children, and there will be lots of free candy and Halloween treats given out by the merchants. Children should meet by the small kiosk in the parking lot at the Shopping Center before 11 a.m. to join. Volunteer SCOP officers will be on hand to manage traffic and provide a safe environment for the trick or treat participants.
