This time, participants will sample proven effective techniques for easing depression and anxiety. Newcomers welcome. No perfume, please. Meets first and third Sundays. Instruction 10 a.m., silent meditation 10:15-10:35 a.m., 10:35-11:30 a.m.: featured topic, technique and discussion, 11:30 a.m.-noon: “bring your own snack” eating and socializing.
