KEET-TV presents its March Membership Drive with the showing of High Water Mark: Stories from the ’64 Flood on Friday, March 8 at 8:30 p.m. This two-hour documentary tells many stories from those who lived through the floods and devastation that occurred just before Christmas on the north coast of California.
