Join Friends of the Dunes on a kayak adventure through Mad River Slough. Meet at the Humboldt Coastal Nature Center by 12:15 p.m to carpool to the bridge on HWY 255 in Manila. This tour of the slough includes safety instructions for inexperienced paddlers and will be led by an experienced paddler. Space is limited! R.S.V.P. by Wednesday, August 8th. Fee waivers are available for low-income families.
