Klamath Dam Removal Update and Community Celebration

When: Fri., Nov. 20, 5:30 p.m. 2020

WHAT: Join us today at 5:30 for a celebration of the new agreement to take down the Klamath River dams, and for a discussion on protecting the Klamath salmon. We will get updates from the Klamath dam removal entity, the Klamath River Restoration Corporation, local Tribes, and front line activists on the new Klamath River Dam removal deal, and we will discuss the timeline for dam removal. We will also share stories, art, songs and videos from the movement to Un-Dam the Klamath river, and pay tribute to our water protectors that have passed on. After the update members of the audience are welcome to share.
