Kombucha Making 101

Join in and start making your own kombucha with confidence! Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that has been around for centuries. It is essentially a colony of bacteria and yeast, made by adding the colony to sugar and tea and allowing the mix to ferment. We will start your first batch of kombucha in class! Location is at Foodwise Kitchen, 971 8th Street, Arcata, CA, 95521. Register with Center Activities by Wednesday before the course.
