Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Living History Day

When: Sat., April 16, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. 2016

Experience what it was like to enter a Victorian-era pharmacy by enjoying some free draft root beer at the museum's soda fountain, poured by local historian Ray Hillman. Also, a variety of touchable historical objects are on display with a docent on hand to answer questions and provide guests with the local historical significance of said objects. Also included will be hands-on activities related to local earthquake and tsunami events. Part of our Admission Free Spring Break Week sponsored by Provident Credit Union, Living History Day is a chance to experience a glimmer of Humboldt County history.
