Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Mad Scramble

A benefit for the Friends of the Annie and Mary Rail Trail. Join us for the second annual Mad Scramble Cyclocross race, a dirty, muddy, fun filled short track multi-lap form of bicycle racing. And because it's a short track, it's spectator friendly. It's a blast even if you're not riding. It's a bike party! Registration opens at 9:00 a.m.; thirty minute race starts at 11:00 a.m.; free kids races at 11:35; hour race starts at noon. Winners circle at Jewel Distillery 1:30ish. All bikes welcome; ride what you have - mountain bikes, 'cross bikes, gravel grinders and the like.
