Rally on the Humboldt County Courthouse steps at noon, march at 1 p.m. The festival will gather at the Eureka Old Town Gazebo with tablers from local organizations, music and speakers from 1:30 to 4 p.m. From 4 to 9 p.m. dance to music by Irie Rockers, Moonsong Band and more.
