Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Minus Tide Interpretive Tour w/ Georgia Martel

When: Sat., July 6, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 2019

Join us Saturday July 6 for a special Minus Tide Interpretive Tour with special guest expert Georgia Martel! Minus tides are low tides which are lower than the average low tide, exposing an incredible variety of tidal critters which are otherwise impossible to view from above. Minus tides only occur a few times a year, making this event a truly unique opportunity to view sea stars, urchins, chitons, abalone, gumboot chitons, nudibranchs, anemones, and more! The best tide pooling happens from the seat of a kayak!
