Experience moving with grace while improving posture and alignment. Using the ballet barre you will learn gentle strengthening and coordination exercises for your feet, torso, and arms. Ballet works wonders for the brain-to-body connection. Wear comfortable clothing that gives you freedom of movement with socks and/or ballet shoes. Whether or not you have prior ballet experience, Melissa will guide you with her expert knowledge of this beautiful art form.
