Learn how to make music with your feet. Tap dancers have the unique opportunity to be musicians and dancers simultaneously. Enjoy the great benefits of tap dancing including balance, rhythm, and stronger brain-to-body connection along with strengthening your feet, legs, and core. Tap shoes are not required but are encouraged. The best alternative is clean close-toed shoes with little to no tread. Wear comfortable clothing that gives you freedom of movement.
