A unique, unconventional Third Friday Jazz night: featuring RLA jazz trio and spoken word artist, Doc Stull, along with two more special guests, Don Baraka, on sax, flute and bass, and Jon Lewis, on congas. The tale is about Stull's recent travels, but it is propelled by Stull's countless experiences on stage and as radio host- for example a sports history show on ESPN, with original music by Tim Randles, and also a literature discussion show on KHSU. According to one interviewer Stull is, “A cross between Miles Davis and Bruce Lee.” $5-20 sliding. Refreshments available.
