The largest film festival for children and teens in North America has produced 33 Oscar nominated shorts to date, and The Miniplex is proud to bring this year's Best of the Fest Tour to Humboldt County! The NYICFF was founded in 1997 to cultivate an appreciation for the arts, encourage active, discerning viewing, and stimulate lively discussion among peers, families, and the film community.
